Andrea Hixon, FNP-C, CANS has been an aesthetic nurse injector for 14 years. Her nursing career started in labor & delivery, where she developed a love for caring for women. Her calm demeanor and soothing presence has helped her be a successful nurse practitioner and educator. She attributes this success to excellent consultations, consistently great outcomes, and commitment to patient satisfaction. She was invited to be a national speaker & trainer for Allergan Medical Institute in 2016. She joined a small elite group of injectors across the nation, entrusted with training physicians and other medical providers on the use of Botox and their large line of dermal fillers. She has vast experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers & surgical nursing. She has trained with the most elite injectors in the industry (Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Shino Bay, Dr. Steve Yoelin, Dr. Tom Van Eijk, Dr. Leonie Schelke, and more), and continues to seek out the most current and cutting-edge techniques. She believes in performing injectables in the safest manner possible, while delivering a customized result for each patient. She specializes in full facial rejuvenation and multi-syringe procedures. Her teaching experience ranges from first time injectors to advanced providers, and she feels honored to have the opportunity to share her passion for the aesthetic arts with others.
Erin Dietel, PA-C
Co-Founder & Advanced Aesthetic Injector
Erin Doucey Dietel, Board-Certified Physician Associate, full time aesthetic injector of 7 years, and National Galderma Trainer. For her undergrad studies, Erin attended Western Michigan University on a full-ride gymnastics scholarship, after which she attended Nova Southeastern University for graduate school, where she obtained her Masters in Physician Associate studies. After working for a year in neurosurgery after graduating, Erin discovered her passion in helping people feel their best through aesthetic medicine, by perfecting injection techniques and assessing facial shapes, producing natural, transformative results. She is constantly seeking knowledge by attending industry conferences lead by the fields top aesthetic practitioners, committed to always continuing to learn, grow, and enhance her skills. As a National Galderma Trainer, she regularly travels across the state of Virginia, North Carolina, and Maryland to train other injectors and Plastic Surgeons on the safe and effective approach to using the vast Galderma line of products. When she’s not working, Erin loves to spend as much time as possible with her husband, Bryan, a Navy pilot, their son, Shepard and their standard poodle, Remi. Ultimately, Erin’s impressive career as an aesthetic injector, passion for her craft, and expertise in her field, have led to a loyal clientele of women and men who trust her to make them feel their best.
Paige Goding, FNP-BC
Advanced Laser Provider & Aesthetic Injector
With over eight years of experience as a critical care and plastic surgery nurse, Paige has always been drawn to the intersection of precision, care, and transformation. After earning a Master’s degree and becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she transitioned into the field of aesthetic medicine to blend her medical expertise with her passion for beauty and patient confidence.
Today, Paige offers advanced aesthetic services including laser treatments, microneedling, and Botox, with plans to expand into dermal fillers. She holds specialized training in laser technology and neurotoxin administration, ensuring every treatment is grounded in safety, skill, and a deep understanding of facial anatomy.
Warm, attentive, and dedicated to helping patients feel their best, Paige believes that aesthetics isn’t just about appearance—it’s about empowering confidence through thoughtful, personalized care.
Outside the treatment room, she is a proud military spouse to her husband, a devoted mom to two wonderful children, and dog-mom to their GSP, Murph. She understands the importance of balancing a busy life with self-care and brings that same understanding and compassion to each patient experience.
Lauren Padmore, RN
Aesthetic Injector
Lauren Padmore, RN, our newest addition at Antidote Aesthetics, is joining our practice from Hubbard Plastic Surgery. She has trained directly with both Andrea and Erin over the years, and is a skilled injector utilizing safe and advanced techniques. She has over 24 years of experience in the beauty industry, loving every minute of helping women to feel their most beautiful self. During her completion of her college degree in Political Science and Sociology, where she received an academic scholarship for her studies, she worked as a makeup artist at makeup counters, finding she had a true passion for enhancing women's beauty through her artistic skills. After college, she expanded her beauty expertise by becoming a highly sought after Bridal Makeup Artist, Aesthetician, Massage Therapist, and ultimately, an Aesthetic Nurse. She now combines her many artistic talents with cosmetic procedures such as injectables, lasers, and medical-grade skincare to help clients bring out their best selves. Lauren is dedicated to ensuring her clients feel educated, pampered, and confident with her assistance. She firmly believes that cosmetic treatments are not about vanity, they are about confidence, self love, and self care. She specializes in detailed patient education and consultations, getting her patient’s Botox just perfect, full filler facial balancing and harmonization, and using multiple modalities to achieve naturally gorgeous results.
Growing up in a small historic town in West Virginia, Lauren has a strong connection to her roots and enjoys returning to the countryside. When not working, she loves spending time with her husband, especially snuggling up and listening to his boisterous commentary as they watch chick-flick reality tv shows. Together they have three beautiful children that keep them very busy and as a family they love pool days, family dance parties, and loud music. She also enjoys doing various beauty rituals: full body scrubs, breaking out her airbrush makeup kit, letting the kids wax their Dad’s nose, you name it, she loves to do it. And if you’re around, she is going to want to pamper you too, with whatever she’s got up her sleeve.
